Leading telecommunication provider Suntech S.A., enters the European market with the innovative Network Information Management system, SunVizion, aimed at European Tier 2/3 network operators.

The entire process of development of telecom infrastructure is costly, long-lasting and risk-weighted. Another problem is the non-uniform distribution of information between technical and managerial departments which reduces the overall performance of the company. To optimize business processes one needs an accurate overview of the network and immediate access to all of its elements and data. It is ensured by ERP systems, based on solutions such as SAP or Oracle, commonly used by major corporations. However, the data collected by these systems cannot be viewed according to the geographic location of the expenditure in the investment process.

In response to rapidly changing market needs, Suntech S.A., offers European telecom network operators an innovative tool suite, SunVizion, which gives the ability to effectively manage costs. The system includes business support tools, such as Network Inventory or Workflow Management, enabling optimization of control over operational costs. Additionally, it can be successfully applied by Cable Operators, Triple Play Service Providers, Mobile Network Operators, Alternative Carriers and ISPs.

Due to our experience and our successful technical and business implementations among leaders of the telecoms sector in Poland, i.e. Orange, we have decided to expand into the European market ? says Piotr Saczuk, CEO of Suntech S.A.. We are convinced that our innovative product responds to the network operators? needs and will contribute to the increase of the competitiveness of European companies in the world ? he adds.

At each stage of the investment process SunVizion, through two applications, provides its customers with all the necessary information to effectively manage costs. Network Inventory allows one to capture, store and manage all key data about the network infrastructure, configuration, status and performance. The Workflow Management application, used by Orange and Polish Railway Telekom, enables unification and automation of work performed by separate units and results in easier control over the budget or evaluation of individual efficiency. All these tools offer the ability to assign costs to a specific location, making it easier to optimize the financial balance for the formation of a selected part of the network.
