Supported Roles
SunVizion Workforce supports roles including (but not limited to):

Team Leaders / Dispatchers
Responsible for:

Field Workers / Contractors / Teams
Tasks can be allocated to a group of workers with various capabilities, certifications and availability to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Once the dispatcher has assigned tasks, it can be accepted by nominated workers or teams using SunVizion Mobile.
SunVizion Mobile, allows field workers to use their mobile device to conduct activities such as:
- Service activations, based on installation work orders and design details
- Automated testing (e.g. conducting a line speed test of a newly activated service and recording the test results)
- Tracking installed / uninstalled devices via integration with SunVizion Logistics Management
- Allowing a customer (or other approved person such as team leaders) to sign an acceptance / completion / certification form/s
- After a site visit, an electronic visitation report can be issued that can include features such as a description of the work performed, information about installed / removed devices, test results and more.
- Network maintenance activities to proactively maintain the network
- Fault-fix / resolutions
- Logging of problems, faults and hazards
- Query information for better situational awareness when performing tasks
- Data quality / consistency updates to share knowledge from the field
- Identify optimal route to next job
Note also that many of these process-driven activities are coordinated via integration with SunVizion Workflow, which can support manual and automated task completions.
There are times when network connectivity will be impaired or unavailable. SunVizion Mobile supports online or offline mode (using information previously downloaded to the device). Any changes made in offline mode will reconcile and update once connectivity to the network is restored.
Administrators
SunVizion Workforce supports the management of teams, workers and subcontractors with various skills, certifications and availability. The solution automatically shows whether the worker has the right skills, certifications and availability to be assigned the task, minimizing any incorrect assignment of work.
Administrators onboard workers, keep essential data up-to-date and ensure the system remains operational.
