The 12th edition of the Zlombol rally has ended. The rally teams successfully reached the finish line, which was the Chalkidiki Peninsula this year. The amount obtained this year from the donors is approx. 390 000 EUR and is the largest in the history of the rally.

SunVizion congratulates all teams that took part in the rally. We are especially proud of our colleague, Marcin Krzykwa, who along with his team once again successfully reached the finish line in their noble and well-worn Nysa 522.

This year's rally route ran from Katowice (Poland), through the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia and Greece, all the way to the beautiful Chalkidiki. Participants of the rally could drive the rally route only in old cars produced in the former communist bloc. But the beauty of the landscape and the struggle with automotive matter are one side of the event. The second, more important, is its charity face. All sums collected from donors are intended to support children from orphanages: purchase of things, trips and summer camps, higher level of education and preparation for adulthood.

The first Zlombol took place in 2007, as a private initiative of several enthusiasts. Suntech joined the list of rally donors several years later, in 2012. From year to year the event attracted more and more participants, becoming the world's largest car charity event.
