With this year’s theme, "AI at the Heart of Telecom," we’re bringing AI-driven innovation to the global stage. We’ve submitted three groundbreaking SunVizion AI solutions that redefine network design, automate operations, and transform customer interactions:
- AI Net Planner – A cutting-edge solution that leverages advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to enhance the design processes of 5G telecommunications networks. AI Net Planner is specifically engineered to optimize the fiber optic access segment, ensuring seamless and efficient connections between antennas, routers, and central offices. By paving the way for robust and high-speed 5G networks, this solution is transforming the design landscape for telecommunications infrastructure.
The solution utilizes AI algorithms, inspired by natural processes and behaviors, to refine design workflows and decision-making. It proposes physical infrastructure placement and routing (nodes and connectivity) while analyzing which devices to use, the number of ports required, and the connections to establish. It also factors in the availability of existing infrastructure, such as available capacity within cabinets, ducts, and trenches. By doing so, AI Net Planner facilitates the creation of more reliable and efficient 5G telecommunication infrastructures across the globe. - Conversational AI for Autonomous Network Management in SunVizion – Integrating conversational AI into the SunVizion Network Inventory system to empower field technicians with real-time interaction with network data. This solution facilitates tasks such as equipment inspection, inventory updates, logical configuration, and connection testing. By streamlining workflows and automating complex processes, it boosts operational efficiency, reduces human error, and bridges the gap between field operations and autonomous network management systems.
- RCS AI Assistant – An AI-driven solution leveraging Rich Communication Services (RCS) technology to transform customer interactions. The assistant provides personalized, real-time responses and proactive service updates, ensuring seamless communication and elevating the overall customer experience.
