SunVizion is able to analyze the impact of a network failure or a planned outage and prepare instructions for maintenance teams that should handle it. The system is also able to automatically prepare reports with a list of buildings and subscribers as well as their services affected by given failure/outage. It can also automatically trigger necessary customer care and field operation procedures.

Data Modeling and Migration Tools

SunVizion can automatically feed the Network Information Management system repository with information collected from external data sources. They may include: databases, files of different formats (e.g. text files, xls, XML, and binary files) as well as vector maps or files prepared in CAD environments (e.g. AutoCAD, Microstation, MapInfo) and external GIS systems. The latter is a particularly important functionality in the process of data migration from other systems or from graphical data owned by the operator.

With SunVizion's mobile software, physical infrastructure elements are now augmented by information about your network inventory, like detailed technical information about antennas, dates of their last repairs or a list of similar objects nearby. However, our software both presents additional information about physical elements and also shows elements invisible in real world, like wires in the ground or signals sent by directional antennas.

Floor Plans

The whole operation takes a few minutes and requires neither measuring nor technical knowledge. MagicPlan measures the room where telecommunication network devices are located and draws its floor plan just by taking pictures. You can then get your floor plan in PDF, JPG and DXF format and introduce it into SunVizion Network Inventory system.

MagicPlan significantly reduces the time of drawing floor plans of rooms where telco devices are located. Creating such plans is one of the most time consuming step of filling network inventory system with data about network elements. Without precise floor plan one is not able to visualize indoor network elements: their position in relation to each other and to the walls and distances between them. MagicPlan is a real enabler that removes all the burdens associated with capturing a floor plan.
